The BIMBY Housing Toolkit www.bimby.org.uk is a simple, practical online tool for community groups to use. It supports communities to feel engaged with the planning process and to work positively with planners and developers to create what they see as ‘Beauty In My Back Yard’ (BIMBY).
Community groups work through the steps in the BIMBY Toolkit. The end result is a BIMBY Housing Manual. This is comprehensive and professional report details their communal vision for good quality local housing. It will help engage developers and planners as all work towards meeting current housing targets.
