Civic Voice Review Project: Invitation to Tender
Tenders are invited from well-qualified consultants with extensive experience of the voluntary sector to conduct a full strategic/organisational review of Civic Voice, a chairty involved primarily in the area of community engagement, over the period July to October 2016.
This project will involve reviewing the progress the charity has achieved since its formation and developing a strategically based plan to be adopted for the next three-five years.
The consultant will need to consider the aims and broad strategy followed by the Board, the effectiveness of the current organisation, the successes achieved and the changes needed to support an appropriately challenging next development phase. This should involve addressing constitutional, governance, management, staffing, funding, communication and public relations issues. The review will need to take account of the wider sector as a whole and the role Civic Voice can play in it.
