Wisbech Civic Day – A day to say I care about where I live.
On the occasion of CIVIC DAY 2017, the Trustees of Wisbech Society cordially invite you to an open reception at Wisbech General Cemetery between 2pm to 4pm on Saturday 17th
June 2017 to celebrate the award by The Heritage Lottery Fund of funds to enable the Society to restore the Chapel to provide facilities for the wider community in this historic corner of Wisbech.
Members of the Society’s project team and Friends of Wisbech General Cemetery will be on hand to explain the project and to show details of the works now about to commence. It will be possible to look round the cemetery and take in the atmospheric surroundings.
