A separate and unrelated website using a similar name — civicvoiceuk.org — has recently come to our attention.
We are making members aware of this simply to avoid any possible confusion. Civic Voice has no connection with this website, and we recommend that members do not enter personal, membership or other sensitive information on it in the belief that they are dealing with Civic Voice.
As with any organisation, members should also exercise normal caution when receiving unexpected emails, messages or other correspondence claiming to be from Civic Voice.
If you receive something unexpected, particularly where you are being asked to provide personal information, make a payment, follow a link or take some other action, we recommend that you verify the communication independently before responding.

From there, you can use the contact details published on the site to check whether a communication is genuinely from Civic Voice.
